Babyplast machine with vertical clamp and no tie-bars.. Thanks to the compact machine platens (246x173mm), it can easily be inserted into an automatic production line. Also available with a rotary table and a "V" table. Ideal for overmolding inserts and cables. The various versions can be used with all thermoplastic materials, MIM (Metal Injection Molding), CIM (Ceramic Injection Molding), LSR (Silicone), Rubber (NBR), Macromelt Holtmelts, and waxes.
Two injection groups (standard and increased) and eight interchangeable pistons are available to obtain the optimal injection volume.
Standard group - up to 15 cm3
Increased group - up to 36 cm3

Babyplast 6/12V with “V” table. Manual mold movement. Machine features identical to the standard version. Pneumatically operated mold guard. Specific mold dimensions for this version.

Babyplast 6/12V with 600mm diameter electric rotary table. Can work with 1 or 2 lower mold sections. Machine and mold features identical to the standard version. Table protection with photoelectric barriers.

The smallest vertical injection molding machine for LSR. Starting to mold LSR with Babyplast allows you to reduce tooling and mold costs. It is available in two different configurations: with a 0.5 kg premixed cartridge, or with a mixer and dispenser with 20 kg containers (A+B).
