Scrap pieces for separator
C10013300 - Pneumatic sorter for rejecting non-compliant parts. Installed on the "RB026SR" roller casting separator, it activates the machine's quality control system. For each cycle outside the set tolerance parameters, the pneumatic sorter will be activated, diverting the non-compliant parts from the casting.

Thermoregulator

Sprue separator

Venturi feeder with filter

Use in clean rooms: the air used for loading can be conveyed outside the room.
Control directly from the Babyplast/UAI display.
It can contain and maintain a few grams in the hopper.

Picker
RB092PMF - Picker - Pneumatic gripper casting separator, for evacuating the casting at the rear of the machine.
It is installed on the back of the machine and is controlled directly from the Babyplast display. Control pages available only on 8" touchscreen displays.
