It allows two or more component molding using a standard injection molding machine. It is applied directly to the mold or machine bed, either horizontally or vertically. Hydraulically and electronically independent, it interfaces with the machine via a few voltage-free contacts. Available for all thermoplastic materials, MIM (Metal Injection Molding), CIM (Ceramic Injection Molding), LSR (Silicone), Rubber (NBR), Macromelt Holtmelts, and waxes.

Producing bi-material LSR+Thermoplastic parts using your standard injection molding machine is possible with the help of a Babyplast Autonomous LSR Injection Unit (UAI LSR). The Babyplast LSR Injection Unit, the smallest LSR injection unit on the market, comprises an LSR injection unit installed directly on the mold and a carriage containing the proportional hydraulic unit and control electronics. Connection to the main injection molding machine is quick and easy thanks to an interface consisting of voltage-free IN/OUT contacts.
