The showcased micro tool which will be run with Babyplast micro molding machine is for 4 Cav. precise watch gear.
The 2K machine is combined with Babyplast horizontal molding machine and Babyplast UAI injection unit with a dia. 110mm mini turn table, running the 2K mold for a spinning top. Precise, Low running cost and Envirement friendly are the key features for Babyplast micro moulding.
Multiplus will be also showing application samples and micro toolings for a range of micro molding and multi-component molding for industries of medical, electronic, consuming, packaging, personal care etc.. With the new application center in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, Multiplus can provide a turn-key solution for micro molding and multi-component moulding.
