BABYPLAST LSR
Babyplast LSR is the compact and precise solution for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding.
Designed to ensure biocompatibility and high repeatability, it is ideal for production in the medical, optical, and electronics sectors, where reliability is critical.
It is available with two different dosing systems:

0.5 kg pre-mixed cartridge, practical and fast for small production runs and testing.

20 kg dosing unit, ideal for continuous, high-volume production.
Also available in a stainless steel version, it is particularly suitable for cleanroom applications and environments with high hygiene standards.

INSERTS SPECIALIST
The Babyplast vertical press is the most compact in its category and is designed for overmoulding on inserts and for applications in the medical, electronics and micromechanical sectors.
Thanks to its vertical structure, it facilitates the positioning and management of inserts with maximum ergonomics.
It is available with an electric rotary table, or with a V-table to speed up the moulding cycle.
Equipped with piston injection and pre-plasticization of the material, it ensures extreme precision and consistent quality even in the most complex productions.
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
